I've always wondered if I would ever find a single website that would keep a close watch over games that I was interested in. So instead of just looking, i've decided to make my own. My game watch will provide the most current release date, a box shot or representing image (if available), a countdown to the latest release date, and links to any relative articles. If I don't have a game you want to watch, contact me and I will add it when I get a chance. I will admit I grew up on Nintendo, so I really don't know much about other consoles or what games are good on them (except the obvious ones: i.e. Halo and Final Fantasy).
